The Acaplast Group is recruiting a Plastic Assembly Technician at its Acaplast Mayenne site in department 53 in St Pierre des Landes.

Hours: Daytime
Salary: Salary commensurate with experience
Your Responsibilities
- Work autonomously to ensure the proper functioning of injection molding machines and production equipment
- Efficiently assemble, dismantle and start up production equipment
- Start and stop the presses at the start and end of shift
- Participate in and carry out the development of new tools (tests)
- Ensure the supply of raw materials for press optimization
- Responsible for cleaning peripheral equipment (oven, grinder, etc.)
- Ensure the distribution and proper execution of tasks within your team
- Ensure the handling and storage of tools (molds), raw materials, etc.
- Ensure cleaning and monitoring of tools
- Responsible for arranging pallet shipment of finished product
- Report mold non-conformities
- Inform maintenance department via the ERP of any breakdowns or problems encountered
- Perform small maintenance operations in accordance with your qualifications and electrical accreditation
- Relay instructions for shift changeover
- May be required to relieve team members during breaks and to work on presses
- May be required to train newcomers
- May be required to work on rubber presses or other areas of the establishment depending on the needs of the Company
